- Cleaning & inspection - We provide this service to everyone for a small fee. Our clients are able to stop in the store as often as they want to clean and polish their jewelry that they purchased with us for free!
- Repair & restorations - We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of the beauty and durability of jewelry. That is why we offer dependable repair services. We have 4-6 different jewelers in Hawaii and our staff expertly evaluates each piece to decide the repair you need.
If you recently inherited a piece of jewelry or you’re thinking of selling an old favorite, bring it to us first to get an accurate value.
- By appointment, our in-house jewelers will set your diamond while you watch for an additional $25 fee.
- Upgrade - We are always willing to provide you with every possible upgrade options.
- Engraving - Please stop by to see if your jewelry allows this option.
- Appraisals for insurance purposes - With the fluctuation of precious metal prices, your precious jewelry may have appreciated in value. In order to insure them properly, you may need an updated insurance appraisal. (*Add icon here) Our Graduate Gemologist, Amber Broxson graduated from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) at the top of her class. Please contact us to make an appointment.
- Custom design/personalized jewelry - Pacific Diamond & Swiss Watch Exchange has the qualified staff to assist you in creating your perfect jewelry piece.
- Watch repair - We provide you with a free estimated quote in approximately one week (it may take longer for vintage/antique watches).
