Ted Gonzales has over twenty years of experience in the diamond business. Born and raised in Colorado, Ted arrived in Hawaii in 1989 to manage the House of Adler. It was there that Ted began entertaining dreams of one day owning his own jewelry store-a family-style jewelry store. Ten years after his arrival to Hawaii, all of Ted's dreams came to fruition. 1996 was an exciting year for Ted. In June of 1996, he married the love of his life, Sheila and in September of 1996, Pacific Diamond and Swiss Watch Exchange-a family jewelry store, was started. Although there have been many changes since 1996, Pacific Diamonds loyalty and dedication to its customers have endured. When one thinks of family values, the words loyalty, dedication, and aloha may come to mind. These values form the foundation on which Pacific Diamond was built.
